Using the site
Track Moms is a platform for the track & field community. Use it for that. Do not scrape it, misrepresent yourself, submit listings for businesses or events you have no connection to, or use it to harass anyone.
Listings you submit
When you submit an event or business listing, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it, and that you own or have permission to use any images or text you send us.
We review submissions and may edit them for length, clarity or formatting. We may decline or remove any listing, at our discretion, including listings that turn out to be inaccurate or that we cannot verify.
Listings are not endorsements
A directory listing means a business asked to be listed. It is not a recommendation, a certification, or a guarantee of anything. Do your own diligence before hiring anyone, and check every event’s own website for current dates, entry requirements and cancellations before you travel. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on the other end.
Advertising and promotions
Paid promotions run according to what is agreed in writing when they are booked. Sponsored and paid placements are disclosed on the site. Advertisers do not get approval over editorial content that mentions them.
We may decline advertising for any reason, including anything we judge to be misleading or a poor fit for this audience.
Shop orders
Shop purchases are handled by our storefront and are subject to that storefront’s checkout, shipping and return terms, which are shown at checkout.
Our content
The Track Moms name, logo, brand and original content on this site belong to Track Moms. Do not republish them without permission. Quoting an article with a link back is fine.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep event details, listings and information accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is correct or current, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
